Salem Cooks! : Class, Dinner and Cider Pairing

CLASS ALREADY FILLED! Sorry, that was so fast! You can still go to the signup page and sign up for the waiting list. Hopefully, we will add another event like this one soon.

Chef Amy, from Willamette Valley Kitchen Co. is partnering with 1859 Cider Co. for this unique event. You'll sit at community tables right out on the cider-making floor in the 1859 Taproom and Cidery. Join us in learning how to make Chef Amy's famous "Cherrians Chicken" - a Stuffed Chicken Roulade filled with Roasted Wild Mushrooms and Camembert Cheese, enrobed in Crisp Bacon; drizzled with a Cherry Cider Gastrique infused with 1859's Cherrians cider. Your meal will be served with seasonal vegetables.

Your class fee of $25 will include: a full cooking demonstration, recipes, and a delicious entree prepared by Chef Amy. Patricia, the co-owner of 1859, will speak about about the cider-making process and why 1859 Cider pairs so well with food. You'll also receive a complimentary glass of 1859's Cherrians cider to enjoy with your meal.

One night only - don't miss it!
