Chef Amy, from Willamette Valley Kitchen Co. is partnering with 1859 Cider Co. for this unique event. You'll sit at community tables right out on the cider-making floor in the 1859 Taproom and Cidery. Join us in learning how to make Chef Amy's famous "Cherrians Chicken" - a Stuffed Chicken Roulade filled with Roasted Wild Mushrooms and Camembert Cheese, enrobed in Crisp Bacon; drizzled with a Cherry Cider Gastrique infused with 1859's Cherrians cider. Your meal will be served with seasonal vegetables.
Your class fee of $25 will include a full cooking demonstration, recipes, and a delicious entree prepared by Chef Amy.
Patricia, the co-owner of 1859, will speak about about the cider-making process and why 1859 Cider pairs so well with food. You'll also receive a complimentary glass of 1859's Cherrians cider to enjoy with your meal.
